Terms & Conditions
A legal disclaimer
1. Booking & Deposits
-
Certain production packages require a deposit; all deposits are non-refundable once paid.
-
Packages that do not require deposits still require a consultation and full payment prior to services being delivered.
-
Deposits are not credited toward the final payment balance and serve as a separate retainer to secure booking.
2. Cancellations
-
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled production date to avoid full charges.
-
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled production date will result in forfeiture of deposit (if applicable) and may require the Client to pay the outstanding balance in full.
3. Payments
-
Payment covers the time, creative expertise, production services, and use of equipment provided by KEEPTHATMFROLLING.
-
The Client is responsible for all additional production costs, including talent (actors, models), locations, props, wardrobe, set design, permits, and third-party vendors, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
-
All payments are considered final and non-refundable once production services have commenced.
4. Rescheduling
-
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled production date.
-
If rescheduling cannot be accommodated, the project will be treated as a cancellation under the above cancellation terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
-
The Client must provide all required materials, information, talent, and access in a timely manner to ensure production success.
-
Client delays may result in shortened production time or additional charges for extended services.
-
For services requiring consultation, the consultation must occur within two (2) weeks of booking to confirm scope, budget, and project deliverables.
6. Privacy & Content Use
-
All Client information, creative concepts, scripts, and production materials remain confidential and will not be shared without written consent.
-
With prior approval, KEEPTHATMFROLLING may use behind-the-scenes footage, stills, or completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes.
7. Liability
-
KEEPTHATMFROLLING is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: weather, venue restrictions, third-party vendor issues, or equipment malfunctions occurring outside of normal use.
-
The Client acknowledges responsibility for securing appropriate permissions, rights, and releases for any third-party content, talent, or locations used in production.
