Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
At KEEPTHATMFROLLING, all services are custom and time-based, which means our work involves significant preparation, equipment use, and scheduling. For this reason, refunds are limited and subject to the following terms:
Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your booking date and time and cover pre-production preparation.

Deposits are not applied toward final payments.
Service Payments

Payments made for production, editing, or creative services are final and non-refundable once services have begun.

Because each project is custom, no partial refunds will be issued for incomplete use of services (e.g., shortened shoot time due to client delays).
Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot to avoid being charged the remaining balance.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot will result in loss of deposit (if applicable) and may require payment in full.
Rescheduling

If you cannot proceed with your scheduled shoot, rescheduling is available with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests that cannot be accommodated will be treated as cancellations under the above terms.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if KEEPTHATMFROLLING is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances within our control. Refunds will not be issued for issues outside of our control (e.g., weather, location restrictions, client delays, third-party vendor issues).
